Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from LeayenaRose. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Misprinted or incorrectly printed item
- Significant manufacturing defect
- Item is substantially different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in good condition. Please keep all original packaging whenever possible.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after the 7-day return period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation
- Accidental orders
- Personal preference
Please carefully review the product description, measurements, colors, and available options before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue. Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be requested so we can properly review your claim.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
Customers should not return an item without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order or a damaged, defective, or misprinted product.
